Try out this brilliant and fun dance class devised and delivered by Philip Johnston for those who want to start dancing and moving for improved health and wellbeing. Whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced, interested to learn about dance or want to improve your health and well-being, you’ll love dance and feel more confident in your body by the end of this course. Each class features a warm-up followed by technique exercises.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement.
Any under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
