Learn how to use the easy and accessible process of mono-printing to explore the landscape and create a series of prints using different techniques without the need for a printing press. Instead of working directly from nature bring along a drawing or use a sketchbook study made in the drawing trip or printed image/photograph of a landscape personal to you. You will use memory and imagination to develop further studies. Explore using a limited colour palette and painting a personal colour chart and the work of other artists use a gestural expressive style.
Please wear a shirt or an apron, that you won’t mind getting marked with paint.
