Dr Maria Kee is a former consultant Psychiatrist and Cognitive Behaviour Therapist who left the NHS after over 20 years, to focus on studying and delivering training in the field of positive psychology. During lockdown Maria delved into the world of neuroscience to discover good news on how we can develop new neural connections at any age and use our mind to change our brain. This one-day session will be very interactive and fun. Maria will share techniques from cognitive behaviour therapy along with insights from the world of positive psychology and neuroscience to help you understand yourself better and inspire you to live more fully. Maria also taught aerobics and Lindy Hop dancing. You have been warned! Please arrive before 9.45am to begin at 10am sharp. There will be time for a lunch break, so please bring a packed lunch.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement and suitable shoes.
