Big Telly Theatre Company are opening a Creative Shop in Ballycastle from 17 Feb – 28 March 2020. The Creative Shops ethos is to get the local community involved in all kinds of colourful and creative stuff, while breathing life into vacant shops and energising high streets across the country - bringing a bit of colour, life and craic as well as celebrating what is local and special about a place. Anything can happen and usually does!
Theatre, dance, music, window theatre, open mic, stories, memories, histories, puppets, longest ghost story in the world, tall tales, knitting, poetry, film making, local artists, visiting artists, dog shows, trade secrets, mannequin Mondays - it’s all going to be happining in Ballycastle Creative Shop. There are activities for all ages, and everybody is welcome. Passers-by, shoppers, young, young at heart, old hands, new hands – literally something for everyone!
