Directed by Janice Kernoghan-Reid, Composed by Greg Caffrey
Presented by Replay Theatre Company Harbour - an opera for early years children aged up to 12 months - performed at Flowerfield Arts Centre 8 & 9 March 2022. Featuring four performers (two opera singers, one flautist and one harpist), the show played to four babies at a time, along and their grown-ups.
This special production showcased Replay’s expertise in sensory theatre, music, play, and working with babies to create a unique, gentle and soothing show full of melodious tune and mellow movement. Inside a specially designed revolving ‘nest’ seating area in which babies and their grown-ups were gently revolved as part of the story-telling, the audience travelled through four elements – water, air, earth and fire, led by the skilled cast.
