Flowerfield was busy with the sound of happy shoppers on Saturday 19th November as we launched our Christmas Craft Market.
Over 700 shoppers visited to browse the local artisans and small businesses taking part in our market and also the traders from Naturally North Coast and Glens Market, who were with us in the auditorium.
Visitors were greeted by staff into a reception glittering with fairy lights and Christmas decorations and it was impossible not to feel festive listening to the beautiful harmonies of Megan Paul and Lorna Murdock as they performed our favourite holiday tunes.
Linda Mulholland and Christina Smyth helped our younger visitors get creative making gorgeous, and sparkly, reindeer and robin Christmas ccards.
Our Christmas Craft Market features over 30 individual artisans and makers from the Causeway Coast & Glens Borough and beyond. Whether you’re looking for pottery, gorgeous textiles, Christmas Decorations, homeware, jewellery, Christmas cards or handmade confectionary, you are sure to find the perfect hand-crafted gifts this festive season.
The Christmas Craft Market will be open Monday - Saturday from 10 am – 4 pm and two late nights, 7 – 9 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, from now until 22nd December. So, if you didn’t make it along on Saturday there is plenty of time to visit and find the perfect Christmas Gifts. If you’re searching for something handmade and truly special this Christmas then our Christmas Craft Market should be your first stop. Shopping locally will support the wonderful local artists and makers in our region, you’ll have beautiful and unique pieces to gift this festive season and you will be supporting your local community.
