By the Sea: Postcards & Sandcastle Flags | Family Print Workshop

Join us for a hands-on family workshop inspired by the seaside. Children and their grown-ups will work together to create their own printed postcards, capturing their favourite summer memories of the coast, before turning them into a sandcastle flag to take home.
What we'll do
- Print your seaside – using stencils, children will create prints inspired by the things they love about the beach: shells, waves, ice creams, rockpools, sandcastles and more
- Write your memories – once the prints are dry, children can add their own words, messages and memories to the back or front of their postcards, turning the artwork into a personal keepsake
- Make your flag – the finished postcard is mounted onto a small flag on a stick, ready to be planted proudly on top of a sandcastle this summer
Who it's for
Children and their accompanying adults - no experience necessary. Grown-ups are warmly invited to get stuck in alongside their children.
